Grand Constitutions Amendment Proposals

  • 03/10: 1915-45; Report on proposed amendment originally proposed in 1913 regarding concurrent jurisdiction of Greater Boston Lodges. The committee reported against the adoption of the proposal; substituting instead a provision for Part 4, Article 3, Section 9, in which an appeal could be made to the Grand Lodge following the refusal of release of jurisdiction. As this proposal was "radically different" it would be considered a new proposition and was referred to committee.
