Grand Chapter opened.

• The committee on King Hiram's Chapter reported that no answer had been received regarding surrender.
• The committee on arrangements for the General Grand Chapter reported.
• The committee on by-laws reported on the printing of the new regulations.
• Finance.

The meeting elected the officers for the Grand Royal Arch Chapter for the ensuing year, with R. E. Simon W. Robinson elected Grand High Priest; other officers elected and appointed as noted on Pages ChI-461 and ChI-462.

STATED MEETING, 03/12/1839

Held at Mason's Hall, Boston (ChI-463):

• The committee on arrangements for the General Grand Chapter reported.
• The committee on King Hiram's Chapter reported that it had received the returned charter.
• A committee was formed to "obtain the Charters, regalia, and collect the dues from all delinquent Chapters."
