Meeting held at Boston (Ch1-423):

Grand Chapter opened.

• The correspondence committee reported progress and had further time granted.
• The committee on Bethlehem Chapter was allowed to sit further.
• The committee on dispensing with printing of the proceedings reported and was recommitted.
• Finance.

The meeting elected the officers for the Grand Royal Arch Chapter for the ensuing year, with R. E. Edward A. Raymond re-elected Grand High Priest; other officers elected and appointed as noted on Pages ChI-425 and ChI-426.

The meeting was adjourned to January.

STATED MEETING, 12/08/1835

Grand Chapter opened, and adjourned until January.

STATED MEETING, 01/05/1836

Held at Mason's Hall, Boston (ChI-428):

Grand Chapter opened.

• The committee on correspondence was given further time.
• The committee on Bethlehem Chapter was allowed to sit further.
• A report on General Grand Chapter was given.

STATED MEETING, 06/07/1836

Held at Mason's Hall, Boston (ChI-429):

• The committee on correspondence reported that it had received the charter of Franklin Chapter.
• Voted that the Grand Secretary address a letter to other chapters requesting them to turn in their charters.
• The committee on Bethlehem Chapter was allowed to sit further.
• Grand Chapter voted to accept the invitation of St. John's Lodge of Portsmouth, NH to attend a centennial celebration on 06/24/1836.
• A memorial was offered for the Hon. Edward Livingston.
