Born in Lamar Missouri but quickly moved to Belton Mo. 33rd President of the United States, United States Senator from Missouri from 1933-1941 and Presiding Judge of Jackson County.
Initiated, passed and Raised in Belton Lodge No. 540 in 1909. Charter Master of Grandview Lodge No 618. Served as DDGM of the 59th District in 1924. Elected Grand Master of Masons of Missouri 1941. Served as Master of the Missouri Lodge of Research in 1952.
