From the 25th Anniversary History of Somerville Lodge, December 1937:
"On May 24, 1920, a petition was read, signed by eighty-one Master Masons, for a new Lodge in West Somerville to be called Truth Lodge. Somerville Lodge consented by unanimous vote. The other assents necessary as the law then stood, were not obtained and the petition never reached the Grand Master."
