Grand Chapter returned from adjournment.
- Correspondence.
- Finance.
- Report on participation in General Grand Chapter; a report appears beginning on Page ChI-522.
- A committee was appointed to revise the Regulations of the Grand Chapter.
The meeting elected the officers for the Grand Royal Arch Chapter for the ensuing year, with R. E. Thomas Tolman elected Grand High Priest; other officers elected and appointed as noted on Page ChI-520 and ChI-521.

- The committee on revision of the Regulations recommended changes to Articles 1, 2, 14, and 15.

- Voted that an order of ceremonies for constitution and dedication of a Chapter be printed with the Regulations.
