The Grand Chapter opened.

D., of Attleboro, which found the records in order and the members duly proficient. A procession was then formed to the Meeting House, where the Chapter "was solemnly consecrated and its officers installed ''in due and ancient form'' and an instructive and impressive address was delivered by E. and Rev. Comp. [http://masonicgenealogy.com/MediaWiki/index.php?title=GMPDean Paul Dean]." 

The Chapter was then closed in due form, and the Companions enjoyed an excellent collation.
