BIOGRAPHY
From Heard's History of Columbian Lodge, Page 280:
"Samuel Parkman was an eminent merchant of Boston, who left at his death a large fortune. He was Treasurer of the Grand Lodge in 5793 and, in 5794, Junior Grand Warden. . . Samuel Parkman was the son of Rev. Ebenezer Parkman, of Westborough, Mass. He died in Boston, June 11, 5824, aged seventy-two years."
