The Lodge was chartered August 22, 1918, as Crescent No. 117, Melstone. The Lodge consolidated December 31, 1972 with Victory No. 124, Musselshell as Victory No. 117 at Musselshell. The Lodge again consolidated January 1, 1998 with Unity No. 71, Roundup, as Unity No. 71, at Roundup.
