HISTORICAL INFORMATION
A dispensation to form Nevada City Lodge (U.D.) was issued by the Grand Lodge of Illinois on August 28, 1865. This Lodge was chartered under the Grand Lodge of Montana as Nevada City No. 4 on January 29, 1866. The Lodge surrendered its Charter on October 4, 1888.
